Yes, I've just watched this movie. I'm dying to know how long it takes to watch this amazing movie. I'd love to give you the review, based on my opinion ofc. Let's start it.
First, I give a very high appreciation to all the casts of this movie. Their acting is so admirable, I can't even taunt them for what they're doing. Really I mean to act and sing at the same time? Not mention again that you have to do that in the midst of other casts too? geez, you must highly-talented and trained to do that impossible things. Don't forget too that they don't just do sing and act. What they've done are the stunning pieces of art itself. "The film's vocals were recorded live on set using live piano accompaniments played through earpieces as a guide, with the orchestral accompaniment recorded in post-production" (Source: Les Miserable/wikipedia ). I just literally jaw-drop when I know the fact that they sing and act live on the set.
Next, this movie has successfully made me beyond than just curious to find out more about The France Revolution itself. Because it took my attention so much about the sufferings which were felt by the French back to early 19th century. I wanna know about the history of it.
Besides that, I highly adore uncle Hugh Jackman a lot~ Please be my uncle! I'm in love with the way you put that character into the role you play. You're the definition of legend, sir! No one would be dare to against that marked sentence! No one, I'll swear in any different languages I could speak!
And all the songs in this movie just chills me~~ uuuuuh I love it, most of all, I love "on my own" which is sung by Samantha Barks who plays as Eponine.
But yah just like any other academy awards movies, it's kinda boring sometime for you to watch a heavy kind of movie, you know? Do you get what I'm trying to picture here?
Don't get it wrong, I love this movie (a lot moreover) but to be honest just like any unprofessional movie watchers, I also felt boring due the length of the movie itself.
In brief, I recommend you to spend your free time by watching this astonish movie ;)
